New Teas

Hello fellow tea lovers! We have began expanding our selection of available products to include more specialty teas such as puerh, white teas, golden tip black, etc. We are slowly adding more over time, and are very excited to share our new findings with you! We have attended many shows this year and met a lot of wonderful new growers that we are ready to support. Watch for updates about our new teas, and descriptions of our growers.

With this change, we recognize that we need to do our part to provide our customers with the more information and education about tea processing, brewing, etc. The subject of tea is so complicated, that the more I learn, the more I realize I do not know! It is a lifetime study. Though I have been in the industry for 7 years, I am learning more every day. We will be starting to offer classes and tasting sessions for those interested in learning more. We have settled on using the community rooms in the Stellaria Building which is part of Hummingbird Wholesale here in Eugene. Hummingbird is another wonderful company who shares our passion and dedication to making healthy, sustainable foods available to all.
