Medium oxidized long leaf tea from the Republic of Georgia. This oolong tea has a deliciously sweet background, with a floral note in front. The brewing is very forgiving. One of our favorite ways to enjoy it is to simply leave the leaves in the cup and drink the tea off the top, adding hot water as the level of the tea decreases.
